AudioTrace is a software platform designed to provide secure and traceable audio distribution through watermarking and fingerprinting technology. The service is intended for lawful business use only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, attempt to extract watermarking or fingerprinting methods, or otherwise misuse the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload and distribute any content you process using AudioTrace. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time; access remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, payments are final except where required by applicable law, or as otherwise described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioTrace will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
