Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility

• If you were charged in error (duplicate charge or incorrect plan), we’ll make it right.
• If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit.

Non-refundable cases

• Partial months are generally not refunded once a billing cycle has started.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to not using the Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@audiotrace.tech with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period depending on the payment provider and bank.
